Friday Fight Night
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Fight Night is open to anyone, regardless of experience or martial art style. Our goal is to provide a safe atmosphere of respect and sportsmanship where like-minded individuals can come together to share techniques, develop friendships and have an enjoyable time.
We specialize in continuous contact sparring. Sparring gear, mouth guard, and cups for males are mandatory.
