Mrs. Diana McCauley II Degree Black Belt is the owner/operator of Blue Mountain Taekwon-Do and Fitness. She is an International Certified Instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience, she is also the Washington State Director for the United States Taekwon-Do International Federation. She teaches Cardio Kickboxing, Power Fit, Women’s Self-Defense and is an Assistant Taekwon-Do Instructor.
Diana has attended numerous seminars, camps, and certification programs and has trained under some of the world’s top Master Instructors.
Diana’s fitness classes provide high-energy, explosive, exciting, and motivating workouts. The format of her classes is to work the upper body as well as the lower body for an over-all workout. Diana combines fat-burning cardiovascular training and muscle strengthening to enable each participant to gain results that are prompt and visible.

Diana’s self-defense classes teach simple and easy-to-learn techniques that can save lives. She believes that awareness and assertiveness training are just as important as learning the physical aspects of self-defense. Students have the opportunity to use their new skills by going “all out” on an attacker utilizing the “Red Man Suit.” It is an empowering way to learn true defense techniques and achieve self-confidence.
In addition to training in the Martial Arts, Diana has coached her son Mason to many championship wins including his World Championship win in South Korea in October 2004. “There is a lot of training that takes place at this level of competition, and through hard work in weight training, plyometrics, flexibility, anaerobic training, drills, and nutrition we have met success. I want to share my years of knowledge and research with anyone, regardless of level of competition or just achieving overall improved health.”
