Morning Fitness Classes

June 1st, 2005

Starting on June 14, 2005 Blue Mountain Taekwon-Do and Fitness will be adding morning classes.  Classes will be 7:00 a.m - 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. 

Come in while it’s cool outside and jumpstart your day with a refreshing morning workout.

  2. Morning classes will be Cardio Kickboxing. As enrollment increases we may rotate between the two. In time we may add another morning class of either Cardio Kickboxing or Power Fit.

  3. Have you thought about offering a class at 6 a.m.?
    A class starting around 6 would be great for those of us that have to be at work by 8.

  4. At this time 6:00 a.m. is a little early for this instructor. If interest were to grow I might consider it down the road. I’ll keep every one posted, and if you are one of those interested in an earlier class just let me know.

  5. At this time there are no am fitness classes. We will be anouncing a new schedule after the first of the year. Stay posted to this website for updated information.
